What policies are in place for Covid-19?
We have reviewed all our health and safety policies and are implementing new minimum standards that emphasise increased hygiene and sanitation. These are in line with recommendations from the World Health Organisation and following the World Travel & Tourism Council’s (WTTC) Safe Travel protocols for tour operators, for which we have received a 'Safe Travels Stamp'

Free Date Changes
BienvenidoSPB Tours allows you to make 2 free date changes, as long as the change is made at least 60 days before the start of the tour.

Transfer as credit to Future Tours
BienvenidoSPB Tours allows you to transfer existing payments to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees if you can't travel and inform BienvenidoSPB Tours, 60 days before departure.

Low Deposit
BienvenidoSPB Tours requires a minimum deposit of 100% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 30 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your tour, tourhub doesn't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of BienvenidoSPB Tours charges.
Up to 60 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of deposit At 30 days before tour starts: Forfeit 50% of tour cost At 15 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of tour cost -
Travel with Confidence and be COVID safe with BienvendoSPB Tours
Beginning in August 2021, all travellers departing on or after October 1 2021, must meet the requirements of our Travel-Ready Tours or our Vaccinated Tours. On Travel-Ready Tours, all travellers must be fully vaccinated or have a negative COVID-19 test within 96 hours before the first day of the tour. On Vaccinated Tours, all travellers must have received a full COVID-19 vaccination.
If you test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of departure, flexible rebooking terms will be made available so you can change to a future departure.
All travellers and CEOs must have received a full COVID-19 vaccination with the final dose given at least 14 days prior to the start of the tour, or a negative PCR test within 96 hours prior to the welcome meeting on the first day of the tour -
